Android based phone under 25K ??

I want a Android based touch screen phone within 20K - 25K. I am looking for a phone with great camera and touch screen.

Please help

best camera android phones x10> nexus one > moto droid..
x10 is outta question to buy ( coz of old android and lot of problems),
nexus one (availability is a problem,)

then Moto droid is the phone..

and samsung galaxy s for all round android experience ( pathetic low light snaps , lacks flash)

XT has a very strange looking form factor. Go for the regular Motorola Milestone. Just rooted mine and upgraded to Froyo. It rocks

@op, if camera is your highest priority, i think X10 would be the default choice. Now that it has Eclair, it should be a decent buy. But do remember that other phones are moving towards Froyo and some will even get Gingerbread, which is going to have better support for phones with h/w acceleration.

If camera is the Primary need better get a N8 (Symbian) -alternative includes XT720.
