Mobile within 8k

So hey guys, I am looking for a phone around the 8k range, increasing price range is really hard, unless the phone is totally worth.

My requirements are basic, like

1) If the inbuilt sound is crappy, that's fine because I listen to music on my clip+ anyways, and will rarely listen on the mobile

2) Touchscreen or qwerty either works.But personally I've found some touchscreens hard getting used to.Still, either works.

3) Casual photography and video recording.

4) VFM ( Most important feature)

5) A PDF viewer would be good, though I can easily compromise on that.

I've also heard about the Huawei Ideos, checked out it's video too, sounds awesome looking at its sub-6k price.Is it available yet? Worth getting? Should I wait for it?

Huawei Ideos looks good but I usually won't pick phone from a brand that has not released a single proper phone in the market.

its released here? yes that right. till some positive review doesn't comes from a good source & some hands on experience locally or here, better keep it away for now.

EDIT: how about I increase my budget a bit for galaxy5? Tell me if it's worth?
