W810 Problame

Hi guys
i want u to help me fixing my phone.

i have SE W810 Walkman,i used Master Reset from setting,after finishing and restarting The menu and the write did not showup:

looks like the firmware is not loaded properly. reset the firmware again usin se's pc suite (or whatever its name is).

it did not work.

it sais :

Sony Ericsson PC Suite was not able to detect your phone.
Please try to disconnect then reconnect your phone to your computer.


i tried a lot of times,and stil the same
