Default advice for an android phone

guys after a week long research..i have shortlisted these phones(my budget being 15K)

1.samsung galaxy 3(i5801)-12K

2.lg optimus one(p500)-approx 14K(not released yet)

3.htc wildfire-14-15K(dont know exact..please correct me with any price change)

4.huawei ideosits declared to be launched here with a price point of approx 7K..yeah u heard it righthere's the newtechonolgy listing

acc to me i would love the lg optimus one to release soon and looks to me the perfect choice but i believe the release date is not yet confirmed and thats what is causing me to be impatient..and the addition of froyo is an added advantage

the galaxy 3 comes to me as the 2nd best choice as the feature set (compared to htc wildfire) is better..though the only problem being the camera..but as i am not a very 'camera freak' person, hence this doesnt matter to me.(though i would have loved the extra search button at bottom but thats not an issue)

htc wildfire has gpot the best looks acc to me as the nexus one kid body design is very appealing but the the factor that restricts me from buying it is the sense ui...i hate it...(personal opinion)..dont know if it has received any froyo rom hack...without sense ui..if it has then it would be a very worthy contender to me...(i can live with that resolution)

the newest entry huawei ideos at this price point is brilliant and the fact that its got froyo...man totally unbelievable and it looks to mew a good buy

so please guys now that i have given u my opinions please help me decide on the choice

and yeah btw dont advise me to get the se x8 as i dont like se and would not even look at any option or offering from those people

huawei phone at that price must come with some glitches . But We have to see how all these sub 10 k phones performs under day to day condition. My advice go for LG one . Watched and read about it in various channels and magazines.

Huawei IDEOS:

1. small screen. 2.8" looks good for Symbian or others but a bit too small for Android. thankfully its capacitative.

2. 3.2Mp camera that can be compared to 2Mp cam from others. no flash. yes autofocus is there.

3. no inbuilt memory or any bundled card (there should be no card at such a price).

4. Huawei not very famous. so a lower price mobile is expected. add to it, hardly any modification done to Android 2.2 so the price will be low. also a lower priced mobile with Android is bound to sell like hot cakes.

i myself waiting for IDEOS. was thinking of getting a 5230 but put brakes on. hope IDEOS won't disappoint. at anything below 8k, its a nice price. but i feel it will come with some contract (from Airtel or Vodafone)

Sam.shab, Plz buy 5230 and don't waste your money on IDEOS.You have yourself pointed out the probs of that phone. Wait for end of year if possible , I think you will get much better phone adding 2 to 3 K to the budget.

yup. waiting till Novemeber end or December than i'll ditch my 2yr old Motorola ROKR E6 & get an android. but still if IDEOS launches at 6k, its an excellent deal and i may end up getting it as my budget on mobile not more than 7k. heres a good review (only brief one) for the IDEOS.
