whats the best mobile under Rs.4000(colour/black).Plz help.

LG 1600 is the best as it got many features than ny other phone in this range.
- voice recording
- GPRS/ MMS
- 65k color LCD


Other choices:
SE j200i --> Best speakers in it's class with 40 chords and got a larger display.
Samsung C 210

SE t-68i should suit u. this model is dated, but still looks cool..

nokia 2600 is also better.
it has basic color screen. it has 4mb memory.
but it does not have the fascility of mms.
it cost around Rs4000.

Then u cud also go for the Nokia 3310 handset which has sms only. But its a market driven product. Most of my friends have it even now.
