Default Motorola Q9h Giving troubles

For somedays, my mother's motorola Q9h.. windows mobile is giving troubles. The phone restarts automatically, without any warning or anything. She wants to play Solitaire, and the phone restartss.
She wants to cature a video / photo, and the phone restarts..

I have tried resetting it to factory defaults, but the problem isn't leaving.

Do help guys
