apple itunes in india??

Hi friends, i am considering buying an ipod touch 32gb, however i want to know if i can buy all the apps and games available on itunes for it. Or are there any restrictions in India. And if i can then do i just have to create an account and then can i pay with credit card? I'm not interested in jailbreaking the device. Thanx.

@samudragupta yes most of them are available in India unless the apps use special services like music or movie download/rental/streaming that is not availble in India. And go ahead and get one. it's worth every rupee. (a proud owner of the same since January)

Thanks alot @ desiibond... i would be mostly getting games like fifa, splinter cell etc, i think they are worth the price...

Apple and the developers behind those games, yes. Why, is it wrong to do so?

The iOS platform has the cheapest games compared to all the other platforms out there. If you’re not even willing to pay Rs. 100 - Rs. 500 for the likes of Need for Speed and Real Soccer, well, you’re just a thief.
