Exclamation Best phone for 10 to 12 k ?????

I want to buy a phone for about Rs 10000 to 12000
What features I expect from it (apart from the usual stuff)are
5 mp cam
GPS
preferably 3G

please tell me phones from sony ,nokia and maybe samsung

I am currently looking between the C6 and E5

my budget is 6 to 8 k - need touch ph corby, star, 5235, lg cookie - or anythng els?
