Need phone....high requirement...<13k

Looking for a phone within budget of max 13k.....cannot exceed even by a ruppee...

brand shud b either nokia, sony ericsson or samsung...

my requriements are:::

-Good music quality(most have it these days though)....on earphones....need not bother abt speakers quality....n i can get seperate earphones...advise that too

-3G, Edge GPRS ... my primary use is data connectivity via both egprs n 3G so the most suitable ones.

-5MP Camera (or 3.2MP but clarity shud be known 2b very good)...
ps: i dint like image clarity of N5800....some ppl can be offended on hearing this bt dint find it good in little difficult conditions. i have N5700 XM....cam is pathetic

-WLAN ... yes i need that too (but can think of some gud ones w/o it)

-Smartphone (not compulsory)

-GPS (not compulsory but wud b nice)


Now the only phone i came accross with all these was Nokia N79 priced at Rs. 12.8k as mentioned in www.fonearena.com
Its bundled with all these features but i wanna know if i have any other options in this range with other brands or other model....m not too keen on having touch screen n all but display shud b nice.
And can anyone tell me hows the cam quality of N79....any user reviews and its music quality on earphones aswell....

I think u can easily get Hazel and Elm under 13k....X10mini could be just outside ur budget

i checked out in sangeetha bangalore....hazel is 12k in elm is 11.3....

i liked hazel only flaw is no 3.5 mm jack....else everything is there.....i can manage witout 3.5mm or can hv adapter fr that.....

i think i wud close in with hazel....will wait for camera n music reviews....so far heard good in other review sites....

GSMarena says that hazel have excellent audio quality and great picture quality(comparable with best 5mp cams)

Neither Elm nor Hazel are smartphones.
Spica would be much better if you like playing around with the phone...

Well the OP isnt too keen on having a touchscreen. Elm is the best choice if he is only interested in the things he is listed.

dreamcatcher is rite....i dont bother touch screen...infact wud avoid....i already hv an itouch....so no craze.... dint had idea abt spica....never heard will check that out too.... but i really want good clarity in sound n cam....along wit all i mentioned....i want best cam in my budget....i still hv abt 15-20 days b4 i gear up cash for it so keepin my eyes open....

The elm/hazel is the best you can buy in this range. Comes with wifi and gps too. Check out the reviews at gsmarena.

ya checked out samsung..... its 3.2 mp cam...wit touch screen....i dunt think i require that as m hearing its sound n cam wont live up 2 hazel, elm....since i want a bigger screen i wud go for hazel as of now....unless no other thing pops up all of sudden wen im ready fr buyin it....
