Re: alternative to blackberry..
Omnia Pro B7610 for 22k (approx) is a terrific option for business phone. You can also check these:
1) E71 (E72 is known to have some bugs)
2) HTC HD2 (4.3" glorious winmo phone) (price is just a bit above 30k but worth every penny. mighty hardware and super powerful, not to forget beautiful Sense UI)
3) Samsung Omnia II
4) Motorola Milestone (semi business)
5) HTC HD2 Mini
my suggestion for you would be B7610 or HD2.

Re: alternative to blackberry..
@arian29,
Congrats on your BOLD2!
I'm also planning to exchange my BOLD1 for BOLD2,
Interestingly, there is an option, which looks like cheaper alternative to BlackBerry, which is called "PEEK" service offered by Aircel,
This device is suppose to work with PUSH-MAIL concept similar to BB,this is an exclusive eMail device,No mobile telephony.Even non aircel members can avail this Peek connnection.
Cost of the device,Peek: Rs.2999
Monthly Rent for unlimited Mails: Rs.299 (prepaid or postpaid)
Have a look: http://www.aircel.com/AircelPortal/p...k_landing.html
Is there anyone tried this; kindly share your experience!

Re: alternative to blackberry..
Dude.....,I have E71 and using NMS,it is very BUGGY,
Remember,NMS is still in Beta stage only,I would say "Profimail" is a better option, though it is mainly "Pull" type except for few IMAP mails which can be configured for "Push" effect.
Only plus point about NMS is,its FREE!
