Need a Dual sim phone within 2k-2.5k

Guys,
I need a dual sim phone within 2000. I dont know which is the best brand and all..
All i know is that spice has been there in this field for a long time..

if there is no available dual sim phone with above specs,i can increase the budget to 2.5k(max)...

or Lava Arc for Rs 1700/-


ya if u r extending ur budget till Rs2500 then u may see

MICROMAX X2i for Rs. 2350/-


but the best one will be

MICROMAX EZPAD Q2 for Rs 2499 as it got everything u mentioned above !!

I liked the Q2.. But i dont know about the PC connectivity and i also want to know whether both sims are active at the same time...
Will the phone show both the sim menus ?

I'm asking all these cauz i'm gonna use this for recharging(i'm a retailer too) n messaging... So i need to access atleast one sim menu... And I want the messages to be transferred to the PC... If u know about these too,plz provide me those details too...

I already checked this site.. But they haven't mention about these things..
But for Q3 they are providing a PC suite like application mentioned in the site here and nothing 4 Q2.. So i think there is no PC connectivity option for Q2..
But anyway thanks 4 ur reply paper_heart_21...

Is there any other phones with PC connectivity too ?
If there is one,let me know.. Thanks in advance..

Bought it day b4 yesterday...
Got it 4 2300...
Nice phone in this range...
But no sound clarity at all... Loudness is there..
N Camera clarity is poor..

These are not big complaints 4 a phone in dis range...

How to do that ?
I downloaded and tried opening.. But the phone is not getting detected by the Q3 pc suite..
I found in one site that i need to copy the folder to C drive.. I did that too.. But no use..
I downloaded a PC suite V1.08 even from some site which said this is 4 Q2...
But that too didnt work..

Plz help me... ?
