Mobile within 3.5k

Hey friends, It's time to change my 5yrs old Nokia 1110. So suggest me a mobile within 3.5k (I can stretch it a bit if I get sumthing really for the extra bucks / VFM).

Well....The features I'm looking at are :
1. GPRS (I need it most. I want to be always on). I'll love to use Opera Mini/Opera Mobile for browsing, so if the phone supports app's, it wud be gr8.
2. Music (3.5mm Jack wud be gr8 - optional) - Sound should be good and spakers must be louder.
3. Camera (Normal medium camera for just p&s clicking would be ok say 1.3/2MP wud be nice)
4. Memory Card support (Extendable upto 2GB wud be nice. If I get more that would be gr8).
5. 3G (Completely optional. No problem if I don't get it. I think nokia have a 3G phone within 4k)
6. Build should be well......as I won't be changing this for atleast next 1yr otherwise if I get job within one yr I change the it on the same day I get my salary

Well.....anything else you wud like to suggest??

m also looking at something like this with FM radio. 3g and camera is not necessary while FM and mp3 is a must have.

Go for Samsung Metro S3310 if you don't need 3G.
Otherwise get Nokia 2730c if you need 3G.

You can also go for Nokia 2700 if you don't need 3G. But it have 3.5mm jack. So you can use any earphones of your choise.
