How to make video calls from Samsung Spica?? and a few BSNL 3G queries

Now that I got a BSNL 3G sim, I wanted to try video call from my 5800xm to i5700(Spica). No problem with 5800 since it has front camera, but how would I make a video call from spica or at-least is it possible to receive one way video calls??
Coz even iPhone hasn't got front camera and a few apps would enable one way video calling. Is there any way to make spica do the same????

If anyone has used BSNL 3G, can you please tell me what are these Data top up cards??? Should I be on a data plan to use these top ups or Can I use them directly???
If yes then, suppose I buy a 500MB top up, since it doesn't come with any validity or expiry time, can I use it as long as I want??

You should first a data plan, and then top-up with data recharge

Cheapest data plan is Rs. 275/- with 512 MB data and 1 month validity...

Then topup with data - Before using the previous data completely

If your data balance comes to 0 MB...Then you have to wait till the expiry of the plan to use a new plan... This is what happened with me...
