Help me Choose :Nokia e63/ Nokia e71/PDA?

hello,
i need a little help..i am not a geek actually: i dont seem to find a difference between nokia e series phone and PDAs..
which will be the better for me? (Nokia e63/ Nokia e71/PDA?)
i need internet, need to run opera mobile to run googlebooks, want to have google chat, need to run youtube videos, want a device to support 3G ( nokia e63 supports a max of 384kbps speeds whereas nokia e71 supports upto 3.1MBps speeds)..and off course run .pdb, .pdf, .chm files in it?
i am concentrating on nokia e 63.
will it be able to run 100 mb PDB files smoothly (e71 has 128 MB RAM whereas e63 doesnt)?
as for camera, it is not at all a concern (a VGA even would do), speakers should be average (can i expect to get SE quality speakers here)?

nothing more i want.
so what difference will a PDA make over a nokia e63 when the above specifications are considered?
Budget = 15K (will this do?)
