Best prepaid connection for me ???

hi..i live in kerala..currently have a docomo connection..but i was thinking about getting another one.. i make STD call to only one number to my friend in Rajasthan maybe 1 or 2 or max 3 calls in a month.. can be a bit long.. then i will make few local calls also..not a soo heavy user..nd SMS s as well..sms will be both STD and local..STD sms maybe more than local sms.. so please suggest me the best operator and plan.????

Simply Aircel / Smart. But check if network is any good there.
