Mobile Till 8k

1. touchscreen
2. themes available
3. good sound quality/clarity
4. must be available in delhi

If touchscreen is your criteria then you have options in form of Samsung Cookie & Samsung Star. I recommend the later in touchscreen. If you're fine with a non-touchscreen then you have plenty of options.

get samsung star or star wifi....dont get star 3g coz it dont have a qwerty touch keypad...its very difficult to type sms in star 3g

Nokia just released 5230 . its essentially a 5800 with 2mp cam . so sound quality should be excellent . saw an ad on ebay that its available for 8.9K
