deleting files that came with my phone

i have a nokia 5130...i want to delete some themes & wallpapers that originlly came with the phone but when i try to delete them i get this error message- "not available for system file"..is there any way to delete them(even by using any software)?

Sorry Bro u cant delete themes or wallpapers that come preloaded with phones...they
r embedded in system only hence cant be deleted AFAIK 8)
