Canon A480 vs Panasonic DMC-FS3 or any other!??

pls help me to buy a cam...in this price range..around 6000...i have come to a conclusion that a480 and fs3 are the best two...am i correct??? which one shud i go with?? or is there a better one than these two in this price range?? i wa goin to get the fs3 but now confused??

there are cams like nikon l18,l19,l20 and fuji A100also...pls help

Do you actually intend to buy it in this life or wait a few more decades for better cams to arrive .
