Default N79 Trouble

How my problem started?
I had to download a 200 MB file using symtorrent. I forgot to check free memory which was only 170 MB as against required 200 MB. After 2 or 3 minutes it showed following error

Memory low. Delete or move some data from E: Memory card.

After pressing ok, phone freezed. I removed battery to shut it down. Since then this problem has never gone. The same error keeps on appearing EVEN IF I AM NOT USING SYMTORRENT.
The error shows up in following situations
1. At startup i.e. when I switch on my phone.
2. In any other time
In first case phone works normal, just press ok and start using phone.
however in 2nd case phone freezes. But few keys still work. I am able to go to task manager and switch between running apps but up down and number keys dont work. So the only option left is to remove the battery.

Any help??

You cant save installed apps , but you can save sms , contacts , calender and bookmarks . Use latest pc suite to backup and restore .

Even though it will give a option to restore settings and user files , dont do it . It can mess your phone again.
