I was on the lookout to buy a calling card which is the cheapest way to call a UK Mobile since Skype and Yahoo! Voice Out rates were more expensive than calling from my Airtel mobile.
Almost all operators, Tata Indicom, Airtel, etc. which sell International Calling cards have differential rates for UK-Landlines and UK-Mobiles. But BSNL ITC services www. bsnl. co.in /service/ itc.htm does not have a differential rate. It just shows 4.00 for UK and doesn't specify landline/mobile. Does this mean I can call a UK mobile for 4.00 bucks using BSNL ITC?
