I want to buy a notebook mainly for gaming.Suggest me which one is better for playing the latest demanding games like crysis,gta 4 etc..

The first one seem better in proccy, HDD and other stuffs except GPU.
BTW dun expect much from a 9600M GT DDR2. Its no better than an 8600GT DDR3.
9600M GT has only 32 SP unlike the desktop version with 96 SP.

^^btw, both the GPUs are almost equal (HD4570 and 9600M)

So overall for gaming performance,which one should i prefer.
I can also wait for some time,there is a chance that i would buy it in July!!
So any upcoming models to look for?

P8600 & T6400 donot make much difference ,, 9600GT is much better than 4570 but id DDR2 means it waste ,,

but HP 1221 TX has battery problem , only 1/2 hr back up , with GPU card laptop get 9 cell battery for atleast 3 hrs of backup .

u are loosing the point The 9600M GT does not even deserve to be called a 9600 series with its puny 32 SP.
it more or less equals an 8600GT[32SP, 540 core ddr3], but maybe even lower due to DDR2 and lower 500Mhz core clock.
