Multimedia Phone with Hindi SMS

Hi! One of my friends need a good capable multimedia phone (MP3,2 mp or 3.2 mp camera, FM, and other standard goodies) along with capability of sending Hindi SMS. I am finding it very hard to get any data on it. One phone that seems to be having all these stuff is LG GM200 phone recently launched in India. The budget is 10k. Can add a few grands more for better camera.
