Mobile Anti Virus

Is there any anti virus available that can scan Mobile phone's memory not the memory card from the PC itself as installing a mobile anti virus is not an option here as that installation too is very well prone to corruption by virus and moreover will slow the phone down. Phone here is a Nokia N70 and I wud also like to know the reformat code for the said phone.

Soft reset : *#7780#

Instead of trying to scan phone memory with AV..its better to do a hard reset once.
