Step 1:
Register on the OPDA forum on this link

click the "I agree" on the bottom (you have to wait till the timer runs out a few seconds) as shown on picture:
Now you have to fill out the registration form as following:
Note: If at first you don't see the security code image, just click in the text field below and it will appear.
Congratulations, you are now registered!
Step 2:
Go to the following page:

Do as following to request your cert:
NOTE: the 11-digit number MUST begin with number 13, 15 or 18. The other 9 digits can be totally random.
For example
13123456789 or
15987654321 or
18123498765 .
Step 3:
Checking status/downloading your certificate
Go to this page (and bookmark it):

On this site you can track the status of your request.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You will not get your certificate immediatly, so you will see 2 red question marks "
??". The process takes about a day. And when your certificate is ready the 2 red question marks will turn into 3 green question marks "
???" as shown on image below.
I got my certificate in under 24 hours and this is how it looks like:
The "cer" and "key" are download links for your certificate and key. Note that the download may be slow, and if it doesn't start immediatly and pauses, just let it hang for a while and the download will begin eventually.
TROUBLESHOOTING
In case you deleted cookies from you web browser or logged out by some other means, when you try to visit links from "Step 2" and "Step 3" you will be prompted by a login screen.
This is how you can login again with your username and password that you used for registering in step 1:
1st and 2nd field are your username and password.
Leave the 3rd and 4th field empty. Press button to login.
now hack your phone using HelloOX which works for all phones.
