Default PDA's less than 15,000

HI Guys

Can you suggest me any PDA which runs on Windows Mobile? My budget is 15,000. How is HTC?

Which is better. Touch Screen or touchscreen with keypad.

HTC Touch Viva is the best

BTW keyboard is always good.....but u get very less choice...
