My friend wants to give a cell phone to his wife so that he can talk to her any time. He can buy a new cell phone for himself as well if required. Budget and operator doesnt matter. They have some good offers for two dedicated mobile phones. Reliance initially introduced RIM to RIM free, even Tata had such offers.
