6300 vs F305
Hi,
I am in dilemma to choose between F305 and Nokia 6300.
but reviews say that 6300 is not good enough in battery life.
otherwise, its an excellent handset.
i think F305 also would have same issue. because, playign games would obvisouly drain the battery!
my primary concern is for Music, Camera should be OK/Good enough (not expecting too much on Camera).
Please assist in this regard.
Regards,
Knight

Re: 6300 vs F305
6300 is a pathetic cell phone. I disposed of it months after getting it. I had to charge it atleast twice a day. Take Coool's suggestion and get G502.
6300:
camera: below average
battery: pathetic
call quality: far below average
display: stunning
features: average

Re: 6300 vs F305
I own a 6300...6300's battery backup is not up 2 the mark...The battery gets drained within 1.5-2 days...Otherwise it is very gud...I can't say anything abt F305..No idea..

Re: 6300 vs F305
6300
+ fantastic screen 240*320
+ decent cam and music
+ good robust metal finish
- only drawback is its poor battery life
f305
- poor low res display 176*220
+ better games , similar cam and music capabilities
m not commenting on the looks
+ slightly better battery life
- technically , its not a SE ... manufactured by sagem ... few issues
g502
+ great display 240*320
+ fantastic music and decent camera
+ a200 interface ... the latest one from sony ... used even on all their high end fones like the c702 c902 c905 etc
+ the only 3g fone (when compared to the other two)
- somewhat ordinary looks and regular plastic finish
+ great battery life ... 10hours on GSM
i wud go for the g502 ... if u want me to pick one of the two u were asking about , nokia 6300

Re: 6300 vs F305
I'll also say G502.
F305 only if you want that motion gaming thing.

Re: 6300 vs F305
it looks like G502 is outdated and i couldnt get it in Bangalore.
F305 is easily available. however i dont want a gaming phone.
so, i thought i can choose 5320 XM. but based on many reviews -- it has a poor battery life. (not even last for 2-3 days).
so, this forces me to go for F305.
again, you advice / suggestions please!

Re: 6300 vs F305
G502 is definately not outdated ...
anyway coming to the point , i'm using a 5320 and the battery life is disappointing ... but apart from that its brilliant s60 fone ... fast .. ngage support etc ...
since u are not into gaming , may i recommend the 5220/5310 ... both are slim fones with slightly better battery ...
coming to SE , u have the w580i (priced around 5320)... way better that the f305
or there is the nokia 3600s ... 9k ... with a spec sheet much better than all the fones mentioned above ... but yeah , its not a smartfone (s40)

Re: 6300 vs F305
yes. W580 is a super hit phone and is a big success. Great display, superb music quality, good battery backup, slim casing.
