Has my memory card gone corrupt? Any way to recover?

Hello guyz,
I have a Kingston 1 GB microSD memory card that does not get detected anymore, neither in the mobile phone nor my laptop(when connected with microSD adapter).

Does this mean its gone bad? If yes, is there any change to save the card by formatting, etc.

Please help me. Thanks

When you insert the card into the card reader, and wish to format it, do you get a "could not format" box, or a "please insert card" box?

If its detected and cannot format, use HP Drive Key Boot Tool to format it.
If its not detected, bury the card in your garden and plant a seed on top of it.
