BSNL Mobile (Cellone)- SMS

I am unable to send SMS through Nokia 3110c. Please help i have setup the message centre correctly.

Have u tried contacting the Customer Care? Did u start using the sim after a gap of a couple of months? Is the problem existing only in the phone model mentioned?

They dont have any CC

No it is giving prob in every mobile and have been using it continuosly. And there is no customer care. I mean its just automated calls.
