URGENT! Which charger for iPod touch?

Guys. In real hurry. Going out of town tomorrow at 11 AM.

Recently bought an iPod Touch 16GB 2nd generation. Came with data cable. charges from USB port in PC.

Now what I wanna know is; as I do not have a charger and have to take the ipod for a period of 10 days where PC isnt available; what shall I do. Noa pple store here where I stay..


I have seen aftermarket chargers WHICH can be used to charge devices that charge through USB. I mean my motorola mobile charges through that charger. The charger has a USB port in it which can be used to charge many usb peripherals as USB port is universal.

The data cble of iPod goes into the port snugly(as it, no doubt should).

Million dollar question...
Should I try that on my iPod? That charger charges my Motorola W230 Mobile very well.
I aint sure of the electricals of iPod. Have no time to reasearch on web.. so wanted you guys help..

I got a chinese made ipod touch charger for just rs 200 and it is working fine .

Mine is also chinese. It is not specifically made for iPod Touch. Charger cost 100 bucks only. It has very cheap build.

I would use it without second thoughts if I was in your place. More so considering its only for a few days.
