Advantages of N79 over N82:A Final Comparison

What are the advantages of N79 over N82?
Please compare all there features?
Also how would you compare there Sound Quality?

There isn't much difference between the two. Since N79 is a new phone, you can go for it. On paper it looks powerful than N82 and more importantly, bigger battery. My suggestion for you is to get a demo of both the phone and pick one that feels better.

It has a much more powerful processor,dedicated gpu and has Xenon.

n82 is what i prefer ..

though n79 has fp2, navi wheel , fm transmitter and better battery ..it loses on hardware platform .. also it only has 72 mb ram free after freash boot up whereas n82 has 92 mb free.. xenon flash matters ..dual led setup is not good enough ..

I prefer Nokia N79, the Xenon flash cannot be used to record video as it cannnot be turned on continuesly. N79 has dual led so this feature is there.

Over all, I prefer n79

lolz Video recording mode Led is much dimmer than Picture taking mode. Already Led is much behind Xenon, now with this ( how much practical it is u figure out )

dual led setup of n79 is not as bright as dual leds of n85 .. i am using n85 now and although those leds are pretty bright enough for decent low light video recording, i still prefer xenon flash to it .. only advantage is that u can record in total darkness with n79 which is not possible in n82..

all these new fp2 devices like n85 , n79 etc are not hackable yet .. while n82 is hackable with ver 20 firmware.. if u can get it with ver 20 then great ..just dont update it ..
