hi, i wanted to know can v use two wifi enabled phones(n80 and n81) to transfer some data btw each other?

You can create an ad-hoc connection between the two if both phones support this standard. Theoretically yes, you can create an ad-hoc connection b/w any two wifi enabled devices and share resources.
