Suggest a cheap Laptop !!!

Please suggest me a cheap laptop. My basic requirements are

1. It should be able to run Windows XP
2. Primary use is for accounting i.e. Tally
3. CD/DVD drive (not necessarily writer) required
4. Screen size shud be reasonable
5. Not interested in the recently introduced small (7" monitor) E-PCs etc
6. Any additional feature will be added advantage

Compaq comes with Vista only. Acer comes without OS. I suggest you can buy Acer for 20k and then buy XP Home OEM for 3.5k

Are zenith laptops good ?? I mean they sell lappies at very competitive price and hence i was asking. Also it would be great if you people could list the model no of whatever laptop you suggest. That would help me in getting a know how on the specifications.

Me and my cousin have brought 3 Acer Laptops till date which myt cousin took outside of India to a remote place near Australia and it seems that its working flawlessly and its been quite some time. I would definitely recommend it. However the OS they provided on it was some weird Linux Distro.
