a laptop for just 40 k

i want a laptop for around 40 k...

i plan to use it for surfing, word processing and music

i also plan to use it for light gaming though the bujdget is pretty less........

i want a performer in this class...

I would prefer locally available companies such as ACER, HCL, COMPAQ. etc

personaly I would recomend, Acer 4710z is Rs. 33k all
