Default Dell 6400 laptop

Hello, sorry to start a new thread, but I want an answer quick.

I have a Dell Inspiron 6400 laptop with foll. config

Intel Core Duo T2400 (1.83Ghz, 667 MHz FSB, 2 MB cache)
512 MB DDR-II RAM
Intel 945GM chipset with GMA 950 graphics

Can I play the POP: TTT on this PC
And if not, can I upgrade the laptop with a discrete graphics card such as the nVidia GeForce 6600 Go ???

Nope, no discrete graphics cards can be added. 945GM is essentially for the onboard graphics. The performance counterpart 945PM chipset has a PCI express interface for dedicated graphic needs. So those providing external graphics would be based on 945PM. If you wanted to go for a dual core laptop from Dell, then the Inspiron 9400 should have been your selection as there is an option via Dell India to add dedicated graphic cards. Doesnt really mean much, onboard GMA 950 should be good enough for some casual gaming. At the end of the day, its all about having a nice time while playing a game be it a large resource hungry game or otherwise.
