Buying a netbook under 20k (please help)

Need a netbook for internet access, uploading videos and playing games (i dunt want to play the actuall in game just i want to interact the menus in it)

if possible it should run fifa 13 should be ok at ultra low settings...

Will be buying from flipkart.com

also it should have dvd rw... And usb ports for my reliance netconnect...

Also, you will probably have to extend your budget a little till ~25k
Powerful netbooks are premium products, dont expect much from a netbook in this range. Plus they do not have DVD drives.

You could probably get a low powered notebook in this budget.

I am also in search of such laptop but I dont need any dvd player. You wont get DVD player at this price because the price range you have mentioned does not give you any full fledged laptop but you have to purchase netbook which will not have any dvd player.

I will suggest, Asus 1225c netbook which is 11.6 inch screen and Atom Cedar Trail N2800 processor and 2 GB RAM.
THis is the only netbook with full resolution.
