Lightbulb Help in Choosing one out of two Dell machines

Guys help me out here... I had planned on buying Inspiron 15R but the price has jumped from Rs.42.5k to Rs.44.5k...! So reconsidering which laptop to buy, I'm stuck between two laptops priced equally. I'll list out only the differences in the specs.

    Dell Inspiron 14 (E-Value Code: v540307in8)
Intel Core i5 3210M (2.5 GHz, No Turbo Boost)
    4GB 1333MHz DDR3 RAM
    1GB Nvidia GT620M Graphics
    LED Display

    Or

    Dell Inspiron 14R (E-Value Code: v540405in8)
    Intel Core i5 3210M ( Upto 3.1GHz withTurbo Boost)
    4GB 1600MHz DDR3 RAM
    Intel HD4000 Graphics
    WLED Display

I won't be gaming much and i'll be running Linux on the laptop. I'll be using Virtual Box a bit too much and a little photo and video editting. Whichever I buy, I'll pump up the RAM to 8GB right away.

Which one of the two do you guys sugget me..??? And why...???

Don't suggest anything except these two.. as the DD from the bank (edu loan) would be in favour of dell...!

Intel Core i5 3210M (2.5 GHz, No Turbo Boost) What?

You can buy some better laptop on EMIs. Can I suggest something else?

Between these two, this one is better:

    Dell Inspiron 14R (E-Value Code: v540405in8)
    Intel Core i5 3210M ( Upto 3.1GHz withTurbo Boost)
    4GB 1600MHz DDR3 RAM
    Intel HD4000 Graphics
    WLED Display

Nvidia GT620M is below average GPU. So no advantage of it.
And inspiron 14R more premium than normal Inspiron 14.

And check the specs on dell website the normal inspiron comes with 2GB RAM, not 4GB.

Ya go for the 14R... Intel HD 4000 can play good racing games upto Burnout Paradise level (which I have tested myself) I have also heard that Fifa 12 plays well on it

Since you won't be gaming, go for the higher proccy speed, hence the 14R.
