durable laptop in 40-42 k

i want to buy new laptop in 40-42k
my requirements are
around 15',i5(2nd or 3rd ),320/500GB,having good graphic(possiblely 1 gb),
battery backup must be good(continues use),

no company contrains

any comment on dell companies 3rd gen laptop available on flipkart in 43.5k?

Inspiron is a good laptop and the best option in your budget but if durability is the main concern then get a thinkpad
