For GTA you mean GTA san andreas or GTA IV?
For your budget, HP Pavilion G6-2103TU is perfect. It is with ivy bridge core-i5 2.5Ghz processor and Intel HD 4000 GPU. And battery upto 8 hours as mentioned in specs.

In FK the backup mentioned as 3hrs. IMO, you can go for this and save some bucks + slip in a 4GB RAM for 1500 INR to make it 6GB. In the previous one, you have to throw out one stick.

The extras are USB 3.0 (which you don't need) and you can have a OS purchase if you want to.
    Rest you decide...

In flipkart, they mention almost every laptop gets up to 3 hours of batter, LOL.
There is no official specs link from hp india regarding to these models.

HP ProBook 4540s is with official up to 7 hours backup and weighs just 2.33kg without optical drive. Don't know about price.

    Experts,
    Sorry for the late reply.
    Thanks for the responses

@rider: HP Pavilion G6-2103TU is a really gud buy for (38k) my budget. Lenovo Essential G Series G580 (59-324061) also luks gud at 34k. But can I get a Free DOS version of HP Envy 6-1011TU Laptop. It can save me some bucks. Also how much of a difference does i3 make when compared to i5 processors (If you are not too much into multi-tasking and all)?

@red dragon: I am very much used to wide screen monitors. Ya, but as you say, carrying it around could be a problem sometimes

@sanjoy.bose: Not a bad option. Will consider that too.

I would recommend you to get a laptop with genuine windows, purchasing windows will cost you 6-7k more. Hp envy 6 is a great laptop better to buy core-i5 model, ULV core-i3 processor is poor in performance.

Lenovo after sales is totally pathetic specially in delhi region, better to buy a laptop with genuine windows, it effects in performance and security. Buy this HP Pavilion G6-2103TU you are getting 8% discount and incredible service by hp.
