15-20k Notebook
A colleague needs a notebook within 15-20k budget.
He isn't tech savvy and not a good colleague, so suggest a mild laptop which will occasionally serve him as a punishment for not being good

Get this: HP Notebook 430 (2nd Gen PDC) Laptop: Flipkart.com: Compare, Review HP Notebook
A bit more, but really worth it as its the best 2nd gen. Pentium Dual Core and also has 500GB HDD unlike 320GB of the sub 20k ones.

Asus X54H-SX136D or Samsung NP300E4Z-A04IN. both are powered by 2nd gen dual core proccy and 2Gb DDR3 ram. sufficient for normal work. Asus is 15.6" whereas Samsung is a 14" laptop. let him decide.
