Customize Dell XPS 15 on the Dell website . You can choose i5-2410 or Nvidia 2Gb GT540M . Around 52K.

Hp Dv 3021tx and Sony C Series are other options .

Personally I suggest get dell XPS 15 !

The above options are good but if you can stretch your budget by 1500 RS you can get Sony Vaio CB15.
    15.5 inch Full HD 1920x1080
    core i5 2410M
    4GB RAM
    500 GB 7200 rpm HDD
    AMD 6630M 1GB
    HD Webcam

The MRP is 54990 but you can get it for 51k if you bargain hard with several dealers. Getting it for 51.5k should not be too difficult. And its worth the extra 1500 bucks as AMD 6630M offers almost same performance as Nvidia GT540M and plus you are getting a brilliant Full HD screen,a fast hard drive and overall great build quality.

    @eagle_y2j
The 6470 m is a very weak Gpu when compared with a 2 Gb Gt-540m
    @randomuser
The same again. The Gt-540m is better. The Amd 67xx series will beat it nothing less.

    ^^
Why do you keep ignoring the OP's budget and suggest XPS 15 when he has clearly mentioned that he cannot stretch his budget to 55k ?
And the AMD 6630M is on the same level as the Nvidia GT 540M.
An overclocked AMD 6630M will easily match the FPS achieved by /Nvidia GT 540M in every game or even surpass in some games.

Here's a comparison between GT 540M and AMD 6630M via notebookcheck

    Dirt 3 2011 HIGH
    540m - 39 fps
    6630m - 36 fps

    Crysis 2 2011 High
    540m - 27 fps
    6630m - 25 fps

Call of Duty Black Ops 2010
    540m - 44 fps
    6630m - 41 fps

    Mafia 2 2010
    540m - 34 fps
    6630m - 32 fps

    Starcraft 2 2010
    540m - 37 fps
    6630m - 37 fps

    Battlefield Bad Company 2 2010
    540m - 30 fps
    6630m - 28 fps

So as you can see, the 6630M is about the same performance as GT 540M. And with a simple overclock it can do 1 or 2 fps more than GT 540M.

    have a look at dv4 3016tx

i5, 4gb ram, 500gb HDD 5400rpm, and an ati hd6750m 1 gb (which looks to be a better bet than 540m even with 2gb ram)

however you might want to talk to someone who has used an hp lap for some time...

    all yours at 44k...
