hi guys and gals

i need your help. I have a php enable server space and i want to start a forum like this there can anyone help me set it up please.

any help will be aapreciated. i don't have a reqular 24 hour access to net so it will hepl if you could be detailed in what should i do.

please assume i don't anything and if you could come up with a step to step guide i will be gratefull

well dude, the basic requirement for a forum is to have 24 hr internet access, with atleast 512 kbps of bandwidth (as far as i know)
