Default How can i backup and restore Temporary Internet Files


hy,
I am going to format my PC and interested to Reuse my old temp.. Internet files. So that it cannot download again as i am using home 250 plan so i don't want to cross my download limit. If I copy files and paste in same temp.. Internet files folder after format, will it works?? or the files download again..when i open yahoo for example.. ?I am using windiows 98 SE..

i dont think it will works , bcos the webpages u visit are continuously updated , so matter wat u do data transfer will always take place to display the uppdated webpages.
