Complete Mailbox to mailbox transfer

What i want to do is to transfer all my mails(read and unread) from my
btinternet mail account to my yahoo or gmail account.I dont want to use
softwares like Outlook Express.And pop3 settings of yahoo and gmail aint
working for some reason. Is there anything else i can do? Like any software
or website which will automatically forward all my mails from one mailbox
to another?Help me please!My btinternet mail box will shut down in a matter
of hours.
