site for forum hosting

i wanted to create a forum for my friends........ can u please tell me any FREE site which hosts forums on them.. .

the site MUST allow changes in templates (for placing my ads )

also, preferably it should be Invision board as i dont like phpbb much.. but both will do....

Firstly the site will host the forum 4 free so it wont allow ur own ads.

No, there's something like a lite version that is available with many hosting sites that you can install for free. I have even seen it with zeeblo.
