Default Cannot receive mails in yahoo

hai friends...
i'm having a yahoo mail id..
from months ago i can only send mails frm my id.. i can't able to receive
mails... in my yahoo groups page... (bouncing) is displayed..
my inbox in only 2% filled..
can u help in to find wht the problem is?

Check whether in your prefrences you have changed reply-to address as something else? I am not sure but that might be the problem.

Check ur email id. is it --- [at]yahoo.com or yahoo.co.in or something else.

simple mail about this to the customer support. But i am not sure that you will get a reply

i've asked several times to customer support.. but they didnt answered yet...

i didnt changed any preferances...

can any one of u help me...
