How can i change the list of watched topics in the forum?

I went through the FAQ but couldnt find any lead on how to change the list of my watched topics on this forum

wat do u mean by "watched topics"

i dont think there is a list available....
I think deep will b able 2 guide u better.

U can just click at the end of the page on watched topics to watch them.
If you post to it u automatically watch thm.
And to unwatc just clik the email link. u will not get more emails for it.
