Calling all Google AdSense users

Recently I activated my google adsense account for my blog at blogger.com

Now Google wants me to fill tax info. How should I proceed? It is asking that the publisher is involved in USA or not. What does it means? Blogger.com is a site based on USA. Please post the details as how to proceed as the payents are on hold until i fill the tax info. Please clear my doubts in detail.

I want to ask that can I use the same code on all pages of my website or is there any restriction on no. of pages for ads. Using free Adsense account.

yes u can use the code for all ur pages under the domian name u added there .

just putting the adsense code on the index file via the themes in settings and it will be spread on all the blog pages.

The restriction is adding at the most 3 codes to a page. but keeping it to one is the best
