my pc is not starting help!! very urgent

hello
i hav a hp desktop using since 2 yrs
asterope motherboard
nvidia geforce 6200se
1 gb ddr2 ram

my pc is not starting
i called the hp guyz
they replaced motherboard still same prob
they replaced ram still same prob
they added new gfx card still same prob
they replaced psu still same prob
but all 4 parts works well on in their test lab
all d drivers r up to date
wat can the problem be ??

the hp guyz bought a second hand old 6200se card and pc started wroking

nowadays diwali cleaning is going on
so i just unplugged whole system
cleaned my table
and plugged them back
and now the pc does not sttart again
but if i remove the gfx card it starts

it means i m facing the same prob
but wat is the permanent solution to it ??

my pc is under warranty


plz help as i hav very confidential data in my pc

May be a typo for 3 years..I hope 6200SE was not introduced before 32 years....

ya it is a typo
using since 2 yrs
i was expecting lot of answers till evening
but i m disappointed

here r the updates to my case
i called up hp i did as they said
after that the pc was coming till the windows xp loading screen and use to restart again and again
they told me to reinstall os
i told them i hav imp data which i must backup
so they told me to do so using system restore
but system restore is not working
system restarts before reaching there

after a lot of restarts now the pc doesn`t start at all
on pressing on button
pc starts for 4 secs
before anything comes on the screen it shuts off
and nothing can be done
u need to power off the switch and turn it on again for pc to start for 4 secs

plz help

Then juz remove ur gfx card and boot to Windows and take backup.. I think there may be some problems with the gfx card.. And since u r going to upgrade soon i think no need to buy another discrete gfx card..

i m upgrading in march .... hav 12th boards
i removed gfx card still same prob
pc is not starting so how am i supposed to boot ??

check your connectiosn, and try reinstalling the OS.
what happens when you press the boot button(power button) does the fan runs give a little idea of exacty what happens right from the beginning.
If nothing powers up you know PSU gone kaput.

Let know things in detail.

Problem Solved

The Hp Guy disassembed everything and putted it back
and everything started working fine

The most possible case is that ur gfx card is loose so put a little pressure on it . And also use the blower to clean the dust in the gfx port

i tried using the blower before i called up the hp guyz
but after that the pc button stopped working
nothing happened on pressing the power button

and i was like Ooops !!! wtf !!! now ??
