Default Q to DELL Inspiron 1525 users.


my sis bought one 4 months back.ever since she bought it ive found the DVD drive loose and the DVDs get loose in the tray.
has anyone encountered this prob?

Should be a problem with your sister's laptop. There's no design flaw as such. Just call Dell and ask for an on-site replacement. They don't really think twice regarding such common issues.

^^Yup man, do as sourabh said. I too have an Inspiron 1525 and have no such problem. It must be with your particular laptop. Call the Dell support guys and they will fix it asap. Their customer support is very good.

well i had a bad experience with their customer support regarding my monitor.!
anyway like i mentioned its around 5 months old...is that ok?

The least warranty they offer is 1 year so its perfectly ok to call them buddy
